Product Information

1. Where are the goods shipped from?

All goods will be shipped from our warehouse in the United States: 14801 Able Ln - Ste 102, Huntington Beach, CA, 92647

2. Where can I find size charts for clothing products?

On the product details page of clothing products, you will see the "Size Guide" button which you can click to check the size details, or you and refer to the Size chart page

3. How should I take care of my stuff?

On the product page details, there is a short guide on how to safely clean/wash your stuff.

For example with clothing products: recommended to be washed with cold water and turn inside-out before washing.

Lay flat to dry.

No bleach.

Order Placement & Payment

1. How do I place my order?

Simply choose the item you want to buy, select the style: size/color (if any) on the product page. You will see 4 options, please choose one:

Add To Cart: put the item to cart then checkout the cart at anytime you want.

Buy Now: instantly go to the checkout page with the selected item and in-cart items (if any).

At the checkout page, you need to fill the "Order Information" including personal information and payment information to complete the order. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details about these information.

After your successful order placement, Ninety3POD will prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way.

2. Do you charge sales tax?

Ninety3POD doesn’t charge sales tax

3. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept 2 payment methods:

  • Paypal: using Paypal account or using credit/debit card at Paypal's page

  • Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club

4. When will I be charged?

Just after you filled all "Order information" and your payment information has been successfully verified by the payment service provider.

5. How secure is my personal information?

The information we collect is only used to process your order. We will never pass along your personal information or order details to outside parties unless it relates to the fulfillment of your order.
For the payment information:

  • Paypal payment method: your payment information is completely processed at Paypal's page. We will not receive or store any of your payment information.

  • Credit card payment method: your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Which shipping partners does Ninety3POD use?

Ninety3POD mostly uses UPS and USPS shipping partners to deliver package within the United States, the FedEx may join in some expedited shipping cases.

2. What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

Ninety3POD offers Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping within the United States territories

3. Where can I see the shipping fee?

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. We apply Price Banded shipping fee which means Shipping rates are determined by the total amount of the order.

4. Does Ninety3POD ship to a PO BOX address?

Yes! Please make sure that the PO box number is listed.

5. Which countries/regions are available for shipping?

All regions within the US territories excluding the military regions.

6. How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days after the time of successful payment for the order to be processed and shipped out.

7. How long should I expect to receive my order?

Standard shipping: 5 to 6 business days (processing time excluded)

Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days (processing time excluded)

Please note:

Delivery to military regions are currently limited. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 business days after that for the tracking information to be updated.

You can visit Order Tracking page to track your order or simply put the tracking number into any third-party tracking website.

9. The order was delivered but I couldn't find it?

The order is delivered by your local Post Office and it is often delivered to your mailbox so if you cannot find it, please try looking for it in the mailbox or contact your local Post Office for checking.

If you still cannot find it after all, please let us know.

10. What if the order couldn't be delivered?

Ninety3POD will investigate the issue. If the issue came from our side including some cases of force majeure, a replacement order will be sent to you as soon as possible.

If the order cannot be delivered due to insufficient address, Ninety3POD cannot help you. You can re-order with a valid address and we suggest you use your PO BOX address (if any) this time.

Order Modification & Cancellation

1. I accidentally ordered the wrong size/color, how can I change it?

Changing size/color for a pre-order is not recommended at Ninety3POD Store. But in some cases of force majeure, Ninety3POD may help you to change size/color for orders hasn't been shipped yet.

For shipped orders, nothing can be changed.

2. My shipping address is incorrect, how can I change it?

If you need to change your shipping address for an order that has not yet shipped, please contact Ninety3POD via Contact Us form and/or Email: support@ninety3pod.com

Ninety3POD cannot help you to change the shipping address for shipped orders.

3. How can I cancel an order?

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours after the time of successful payment by contacting us via Contact Us form and/or Email: support@ninety3pod.com. Please include your Order ID (start with #93P....) then we can process your request.

After this threshold, Ninety3POD may not accept any cancellation request.

Since your order cancellation request has been approved, please allow a few business days to have the money back to your Paypal account or bank/card account.

Return & Refund

1. I received the item but I want to return it, what should I do?

You can request a Return Request within 15 days of receiving your item. You may send the request via Contact Us form and/or Email: support@ninety3pod.com including your Order ID (start with #93P....) then we can process your request.

Please note:

We ONLY ACCEPT a return request for the order that has been sold within the US territories.

We DO NOT ACCEPT a return request for the promotion items, washed, worn, or used items. Items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.

We DO NOT cover shipping costs for returning the item to us.

You may request a refund or a replacement for your returned item and it is FREE to receive a refund or a replacement. Ninety3POD will discuss and give you the best solution depending on each case.

We DO NOT accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

2. The item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We are truly sorry to hear this. Please contact Ninety3POD via Contact Us form and/or Email: support@ninety3pod.com including photos of the damaged item.

We will investigate the issue and provide you with proper compensation.

3. How will my return request be processed?

After receiving your return request, Ninety3POD will authorize the request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, RMA number usually is your Order ID.

Please write down the RMA number on a paper note stick with your returned package. You may use any carrier to ship the item back to Ninety3POD and please tell us the tracking number of your returned package after you return it.

4. How long should I expect to receive a refund/replacement?

Since the returned item has been delivered to Ninety3POD warehouse, please allow 1-3 business days for Ninety3POD to process a refund or a replacement as agreed with you before.

If a refund is issued, please allow a few business days to have the money back to your Paypal account or bank/card account.

If a replacement is a deal, the tracking number of the replacement package will be updated to you when it is available.
